Started in 2008 by a career electrician (who’s also the son of a career electrician), Arnold Electric operates on three simple principles:

HONEST. GENUINE. NO HASSLES.

Those principles guide how we serve our clients, and how our team works together. We stock our trucks with top-of-the-line equipment, and the materials you need to get the job done.

And we train. Electrical work is no place for amateurs. Every week, our teams attend paid, in-house training sessions that keep us up-to-date and on top of our game.

And we’re a team. Our monthly meetings feature a catered hot breakfast, and an atmosphere of camaraderie and cooperation. Our operational processes ensure a healthy work and home life balance, while we meet the needs of our clients and fulfill the ambitions of our people. Culture isn’t what you say you are, it’s how you actually behave.
